Hollywood is getting a new dining option, and a batch of new jobs to go with it. Chipotle Mexican Grill has confirmed it will open a restaurant at 4531 W. Hollywood Blvd. on September 29, part of a broader Southern California push that also includes a second location in Riverside opening October 14.
For LA business watchers, the bigger story may be the hiring: Chipotle says it’s staffing up with roughly 30 positions at the new Hollywood restaurant alone. In a neighborhood where restaurant turnover and commercial vacancies have been a recurring topic, a national chain committing to a full build-out and a full crew is a small but real vote of confidence in the corridor.
The new location will run Chipotle’s standard lineup alongside a few newer menu additions, including Pollo Asado and Chili Lime Chips, plus the chain’s High Protein Menu and Family Meals options for larger orders. Hours at both the Hollywood and Riverside locations are set at 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
